Overall condition is excellent -near mint. Tin litho, plastic and clothing are very nice and clean. No rust or corrosion anywhere. The 4 correct actions of this toy are as follows: (1) Mystery bump-n-go action, (2) Clown vigorously moves the steering wheel from side to side, (3) A loud horn / beeping sound occurs, (4) Red light flashes on and off. (5) Clown starts jumping up and down in his seat. This toy has been tested and works perfectly. This is a "MADE IN JAPAN" toy by the Alps Co. It is Approx 9 1/2 long. Would make a very nice addition to any toy collection. I have many other 1950's & 60's, clean, working, tin litho battery operated & mechanical wind-up toys listed.
