Has been tested and partially works. I believe there is a loose connection because sometimes you have to give bottom a smack to function. The lamp post lights up, the end of the cigar lights up after he smoke it, he consistently kicks his foot as he should. His drinking arm doesn't lift all the way up (only a quarter of the way).

He doesn't blow smoke out of his mouth when he smokes cigar. His clothes show staining (especially his dress shirt). The base is a little tweaked, as it doesn't sit completely flat. Great TLC project on a very rare toy.
