MINT 1950's BATTERY OPERATED TWINKLE TWINKLE CHRISTMAS TREE SANTA CLAUS LANTERN

This listing is for a rare, milk glass, BATTERY OPERATED TWINKLE TWINKLE CHRISTMAS LANTERN / LAMP w/box as shown. It is in mint condition. No rust or corrosion anywhere. I tested this lantern and it works great. Turn the switch on and the blinker lamp comes on and off in approx five second intervals.

A fine example of a classic Christmas toy lantern. The Santa Claus is made of hand painted milk glass and the Christmas tree is made of bottle brush material and cardboard with red gel bulbs. This version is approx 5" high and uses 1 "C cell, (UM-2), battery to operate. It is listed & pictured on page 196.

It is a 1950's era toy made by the Amico Co. The original box is complete and in very good condition. It does have some clear tape repairs. Would make a nice addition to any vintage Christmas toy collection.
