Vintage ROOT BEER, Bartender, Chef, battery operated toy, 1950, Tin litho Japan

Vintage 1950s - 1960s Japan, antique lithographic tin metal toy: ROOT BEER, is powered by 2 x 1.5v batteries. (NOT INCLUDED) and measures approx. 7.48x4.72x9.05 inches (19x12x23 cm). The game works regularly: once you have inserted the batteries, and added a little water inside the beer keg, you have to move a small lever placed under the counter, then you have to press the yellow button, at this point the bartender / cook moves towards the beer container and the liquid that fills the glass comes out of the tap. The battery box and metal connection terminals are clean, without corrosion.

The transparent glass is not original it was added by me to be able to demonstrate the game. Any small container can be used as a glass.

The toy is in use, used in condition with light wear and some time, but in really good condition and very rare to find. The toy is exactly like in the photo.
